If you think ordering on Mobile will save you time dont. This will be my 2nd time ordering on the app. The app says its ready for pickup and when I actually get there its still a 45 to 1hr wait.

Have gone to this subway multiple times and each time I order ahead on the app and every time I get to the restaurant at the time it says my sub is ready, it hasn’t even started to been made yet. Even when there’s no one else there still never ready and then having to wait at least 15mins past the expected time just to get it. And then when I get the sub it’s made very sloppy or even completely wrong! Time and time again it’s the same thing so definitely not a one off situation. Terrible location and definitely recommend choosing a different location, even if it’s a farther drive it’ll still be quicker and taste way better than what this subway location is capable of doing

Went here for dinner tonight and the poor lady by herself. When we walked in there was 2 people in front of us. She kept getting delivery orders non stop and then as we were leaving there was a line to the door of people. Forgot my bacon on my canadian club but just feel so horrible for this lady who was trying her best and doing an amazing job.

Walked in to find an employee sleeping at a table. When I walked in nobody was there to help me. I opened and closed the door a few times to ring the bell as I was unsure if the person sleeping was an employee or not. After some time I was about to leave and the employee woke up and then began to help me. However this employee I'm not sure was on shift or not but she did not wash her hands she just walked behind the counter and began to ask me what I wanted. After helping me someone from the back finally came around. The employee helping me finished then proceeded to go sit back at the table and put her head down again while mysterious gentleman who finally appeared finished packing my order and again nobody washed there hands. Now this was in the morning however it was 8am. Usually, have okay service here, but unfortunately, it is not today and found it very unprofessional.
