Beautiful spot to relax. If you walk further down there is a small beach area and it is usually never crowded.
From outdoor Greek stage to an 1800s-era log cabin, there is a lot to explore in this well-maintained park full of sculptures, art deco limestone blocks, stone panels and doorways. My favourite were the two terra-cotta Ionic columns from the University of Toronto Medical Building where Banting and Best did their research on Insulin.
