Haven’t been here for 2 yrs due to some bad comments from friends and news. First time back in 2 yrs thots things could be a bit different, looks like I made bad decision.

so again 15% mandatory tips, I am ok with tips, I always tip in restaurant, but I don’t this the service deserves 15%, 5% would be more than enough.

Also my food was sour, the chicken skewer, so to offer your customer a bad food doesn’t make you worth 15% tips. My food was served intermittently that I have to be on my phone for my next dish for 5 mins.

finding the restaurant was slightly difficult because there was no sign anymore that said what it was, walking in the store looked pretty well decorated.
menu was rather hard to navigate and papers had no pictures or color.
free wifi is available (Bell MTS).

90 bucks for two people for all you can eat. I use to eat here before but not anymore the food choices are less than before. On the Menu it says 34 something person but there is a mandatory 15% tip, which makes is 45 per person why? I always tip but I do not agree with mandatory tipping specially when it’s a table of two people. I have been to restaurants with mandatory tipping but that’s usually for larger groups because it’s going to need special attention. So it comes to 45 per person now with the lower quality of food than before.

This is the best value for sushi in Winnipeg. Rolls and sashimi are high quality! My favorite item is the chirashi donburi, so good. The owners and serving staff are so welcoming and delightful. I can’t wait to come back

Waitress wasn't very helpful.
Sushi was mostly rice except for the one in the picture- which cost $15. Tea was tepid.

没有大家说的如此不堪。自费已经去过第三次了，应该有发言权了。从食材和服务来看，都是ok的，除了上菜有些慢。但是真的没有漏单。点了60份（120片）三文鱼50份（100片）北极贝都上齐了。其他菜品也都如约而至。而且服务员在我们第一轮点单时候就有来说，希望在第一轮尽量多点一些，因为今天周末，客流量比较大，有可能第二轮第三轮点单等餐时间会超过半小时。服务还是可以的，招手的话，服务员是很快可以过来加水等等。在我去柜台结账时候，服务员还和我有礼貌地说，请我稍等一下，她去处理一下门口外卖员的餐。在Winnipeg 能做到这样的服务，我是满意的。出餐慢的问题还是得注意一下。

10%小费没问题，能接受。
提前一天预订座位，也能很快响应并预留了座位。

This place was a total surprise. The outside of the bldg does not represent the inside. The inside is modern and hip, with an amazing vibe. Good music, not overly loud and always changing. The staff are younger and energetic, and polite and professional and informative. If you do not have a reservation there can be a wait. We waited 35mins and it was totally worth the wait. We will definitely make reservations next time. The sushi was the best sushi I've ever eaten. The desert sushi was a first and a second it was so good. The ramen was amazing. The soup was awesome and the yams are a favorite already. We will definitely recommend this place to everybody. We will definitely make this a spot to stop at again.
