My recent order from Me Va Me, a restaurant I've frequented as a loyal customer, has left me thoroughly disappointed. The babganoush, a dish I've always enjoyed, turned out to be a shadow of its former self due to a recent recipe change.

Upon bringing this to the restaurant's attention, not only did they admit to altering the recipe, but they also refused to provide a refund. This response is unacceptable, particularly considering my long-term patronage.

As someone who has supported Me Va Me for years, I expected better. The lack of accountability and refusal to address customer concerns have significantly diminished my trust in their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. It's disheartening to see a restaurant I once enjoyed fall short in both food quality and customer service.

Pretty darn good shawarma for only $15 after tax - pretty big portion too.

The (owner or manager?) made a point to say "thank you" from across the room as i was walking out with my take-out order during a busy lunch rush - that left a pretty good impression.

Will definitely be back

It is my first time trying this cusine. Very friendly waiters and lovely environment. We ordered our food based on recommendations from our waiter, who is very chatty and interesting. Food is delicious and service is quick. Recommended to non-vegeterians :)
