I booked and made a same day appointment for a massage at 6pm. I got there 15 mins early. Beautifully decorated and free water, coffee tea. Magazines to peruse etc. By 615 I still hadn't gotten in. I asked a couple times and they told me they would put me in the room and the person would be right in. I got ready and the person did come within minutes. I had a great massage and the person asked me what areas I wanted done. Perfect pressure and I was very happy with it. However, they don't provide bills for insurance as they are not RMT's. I was never told. I investigated, and it is on the website, but kind of not somewhere you are going to see when booking. I tipped well and they were friendly. I won't go back because it felt a little odd that you can't direct bill amd no one informed me.
