Had dinner with siblings visiting. They didnt offer paper menus and just expected us to use the qr codes. Which is fine except the only person with internet on their phone was me. Imagine 3 hungry people trying to look at one menu at different times. I finally got fed up and went to get a menu from the counter.
The food took forever. It wasnt even full. Like, what are they doing back there? Slaughtering the animal first? One person ordered the garlic chips on katsu, DONT get that. The garlic pieces were stale so they werent even at the back frying up the garlic. How can you serve that to a paying customer. I tried a piece and it stuck to my teeth.
The portion sizes were good but one person asked for extra rice and the meal was almost done before they brought it over.
It was just a bad experience and I will never go back.
