I enjoyed every second of my stay here. Very good for families. The housekeepers are the best. The receptionist provided wrong information about the pre-booked shuttle service. Overall, Atlantis will be my home every time I visit Bahamas. Only thing I didn't enjoy here is the beach. As what the name says, there's too much reef on this shore.

We went to Atlantis with our kids in December 2022. We stayed in reef wing. The room was great, spacious and clean. The hotel itself was so nicely decorated. Lots of different wings with different themes to walk around in. Great shuttle service to get around because this place was huge! Kids loved the dig as did we.The restaurant choices were great too. Biggest hit was the water park. My son keeps saying it was the best holiday he has ever had! We loved watching the cruise ships come into the dock and leave. Sunsets were incredible. We hope to be back sometime in the future.

Rooms are outdated and only adequate for cleanliness. Activities outside are excellent. Pay attention. Gratuities are included in bill at restaurants etc but the bill suggests additional gratuities. The staff in the hotel and outside are very helpful and super friendly..

I’m here for work and we’ve had several issues with my company billing. Never once did they concern me with my room being at risk. The front desk staff and the reservations staff are compassionate and understanding. If you are kind and nice to the staff, they will move mountains for you. The rooms are clean, albeit a little dated, but clean, comfortable, and quiet. Highly recommend if you’re looking for the Atlantis experience without spending more that $2,500 usd

Dirty and outdated hotel. See photos. The telephone and safe in the room were both broken upon arrival. Staff had to be asked 3 times to fix it. Was promised a “pool view” but was on ground level. So many kids I thought it was at a petting zoo. Stay at the Royal, the Coral is trash. Hopefully the rising oceans reclaim this building, and then Atlantis can truly live up to its namesake.

Food was amazing. Transportation to and from buildings was quick, easy and free. As long as you plan on spending money for food and drinks, there are zero worries here. The Reef seams to be the most relaxed hotel. Very family oriented. The Reef beach was also the most calm during our stay!

The room was dated, the AC was dirty, beds were hard as a rock. For a “luxury” stay it sure felt like a motel 6 room. Showers would not stay “warm”, either burning out or cold. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. Prices are outrageous and taxed to no end, expect to pay 25% extra on everything. The lazy river and the challenger slides weren’t working during our stay which was a huge disappointment. Had a worker be absolutely rude to us over reprinting our wristbands two days later after getting our 1st one. The wifi was down for 2 days and spotty at best the whole time. servers in the casino and at the pools were nonexistent, even after tipping extra after the 25% still could never get a server. Customer service at the desks were not helpful or nice, just rude. Not a great experience.

Had an amazing stay at Atlantis Resort in Nassau. Staff were top-notch and the shopping and gambling can't be beat—especially their craps table. The beaches are picture-perfect. Just a small hiccup: couldn't use cash or Apple Pay for water park tickets over $50, though it's accepted elsewhere. Overall, highly recommend and can't wait to return!

First I’ll say it’s paradise … but my family and I were pretty disappointed with the service and our room.

Our rooms were clean so that was fine we had a suite and it was perfect

But 3 of our 5 day trip was completely ruined from construction going on right above us all day from 10-6pm … my toddler son couldn’t nap he was scared at night to hear the construction and that was heartbreaking to hear.

Also we ordered room service multiple times on our stay and 3 out the 5 times something was incorrect and would be sent back or we just didn’t say a thing … pretty annoying considering it took 45min to an hour to arrive.

At the end of our stay they offered us some money back to me it wasn’t enough my husband didn’t want an argument nor to deal with a back and forth

I wish I could have enjoyed my vacation construction free…

A beautiful hotel. The room was spacious and clean, but you can see it is dated. The bed squeaked as you sat on it and the AC blew a lot of dust. It was challenging to find restaurants for meals that were indoor and affordable. Room service was complicated as you had to order from TV, and our remote had very old batteries in it and it didn’t work. We enjoyed playing Bingo in the lobby one afternoon. The movie theatre wasn’t working during our stay which was a bummer. After touring the entire Atlantis campus, this hotel was the best.

This hotel is pretty decent. It’s slightly overpriced in my opinion. My television did not work in addition to other little things. Once again, it’s pretty decent. There’s only one restaurant here. The food options are okay, but nothing spectacular. This hotel is located right next door to the world famous Atlantis resort. During my stay, I was able to get free access to the private beaches and pools at Atlantis. That’s a great deal. If you’re staying more than three nights, ask the front desk about your food credit. You must ask. They will not tell you.

This was my second time here. Last time was 2015. Not much changed. The water park is always fun. The private beachs were very nice. The room was perfect. The food and beverage services were poor most the bartenders were inattentive. We went during slow season so none of the bars or restaurants had more people than they could handle

Wir hatten ein Zimmer hinten raus. Obwohl im 8. Stockwerk war der Geräuschpegel der Klimaanlage enorm. Was positiv zu bewerten ist,man kann alle Pools benutzen die man möchte incl. der Rutschen und Wasserbahnen.
Zu Zeit wird umgebaut, jedoch ist alles noch verfügbar. Im Hotel Atlantis gibt's ein riesiges Aquarium das man unbedingt sehen sollte.
