Dr. Premnath is wonderful, he listens about your health issues. But one of the medical assistant is quite rude. She wants us to etransfer for the fee but the doctor haven’t seen or helped my dad yet. We are not going to run for the payment but its just quite rude that rushing us to etransfer. We’ve been here for couple of times and did etransfer “after the the test or seeing the doctor”.

If I had a negative rating to give, I would have done that. These people are so careless and big lairs, I was trying to get my reports which were sent to their office by the laboratory the next day I have completed my test, it's been three weeks they are not even acknowledging the receipt, I have half of the reports available on my email, others were directly sent to the their office. After so many calls regarding my report, the only answer they have is we will call you by ourselves once we receive it... seriously?

Dr doesn’t even know the hours his clinic is open the medical system is a joke in this country don’t expect me to pay for a dr note if your not going to give it to me the day of my appointment because you a dr that should be intelligent should know your clinic is closed on said day

Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! They don't speak or understand English! Made my daughter have to cancel her very important gyne appointment because they couldn't UNDERSTAND to send a prescription to the pharmacy 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I can't stand how many times they confuse me with another patient and speak over you and repeat back names and numbers INCORRECTLY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE it's Terrible!!!!!

Dr. Alfred was very attentive, kind and helpful during my visit. I was in and out within 10 minutes of my appointment and received everything I needed.

Called to get medication for covid. Doctor couldn’t do a simple 2 minute phone call and left me to experience the worst symptoms all weekend. By the time my appointment would have rolled around it would be too late to start Paxlovid. Do not depend on this place for anything.

Online it says open at 8am. I show up a few minutes early to find out it doesn’t open until 9am. So I pay for parking and wait. Parking is $8. They open at 9 so I go inside and ask to see a doctor. They inform me that there are no doctors. The doctors don’t come in until 10am. Building was run down and extremely dirty. I’m almost glad I didn’t get to see a doctor there. I was feeling extremely awful and felt 10 times worse after it was all said and done and I didn’t even get any medical attention. Avoid this place at all costs.
