Receptionists are nice, helpful every time when I visit to clinic, even though I missed my appointment but they help me to see a doctor. Dr. Ali is very polite and listen my concerns properly to help me out. As compared to other walk in clinics, they never say no to new patients. Overall, I recommend This clinic to others.

Not that it’s anyone’s fault or they are not doing their job. But being rude is never acceptable. I went on my husband’s behalf to get prescription for Vertigo which the reception told me i can come on his behalf as he was not able to move his head let alone sit in the car. After waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes which the doctor reminded me not that kindly he said he cannot prescribe anything without seeing him. I totally understand and respect this as he knows what he is doing and is a professional but please don’t be rude or try to be kind when making people understand who are already tensed. Just my 2 cents.

Just had my second walk in appointment at this clinic. It is very clean and the service front receptionists was good. The doctor is very nice and straightforward. I would recommend you try this clinic. Thank you 👍🏾 😊 - Des

The pharma and front desk are good but I didn't understand the logic where assistant ask number of questions and goes to doctor to confirm if doctor should see the patient. How can assistant discuss on behalf of patients and confirm if the patient should go to a emergency. Abive all the assistant was so arrogant.Patient has gone to clinic to discuss with doctor and not assistant who is not even a doctor. I haven't seen such thing anywhere else.
I went to different walk in clinic and got spoke to the doctor and got right medicine without going to a emergency.

Took my 8 year old daughter here. Front staff and the doctors are really friendly. Don't waste your time at the hospital specially if you need a doctor on the weekend. I really recommend this clinic. We were in and out with a prescription in under 20 mins. Again amazing urgent care. Thanks to all staff.

As you can see from several other reviews, this clinic is opposite of what it should be. Dr. Hasan Al Obaidi is very dismissive of symptoms (hardly listens to you), and even ignored the labs results of a potentially critical health issue. The pediatrician (forgot her name) totally rude, impatient, arrogant, dismissive. And then the waiting lines. They are slow, totally inefficient. And offcourse don’t risk going to their pharmacy. Every single person that clinic is after their KPIs (see more patients and prescribe more through our pharmacy). Youre better off without a doctor vs doctors from this clinic.

we visited today walk in at 5:25 to see doctor as my 8 monta old infant had hand foot and mouth , she was crying because she was feeling discomfort right after examining my daughter the doctor who was on duty today ( dont know the name) told my husband to take her out because she was crying alot . so just after a minute for a while my husband came back with her to pick up her jacket . the doctor was mad at him and said why you came here I told you to take her out . After they left he said to me that he can never tolerate kids you are so patient. who does like that , I never expected such treatment for my daughter from any doctor.

Mom fell today and her knee was bleeding out due to blood thinners. Excellent experience and everyone was fabulous, from desk staff to the nurse and doctor. Thank you so much.

Updated: I saw a different doctor this time round, a Dr. Khakshaee. Short-tempered. I had 2 options for medications and he threw a fit because I asked a 2nd question about my treatment options. There was a different pharmacist and receptionist today also but they were a breath of fresh air. I am not shy about voicing my opinions. I am not shy about asking questions; It is a patient’s prerogative to do so.

I called this clinic and a live person answered (10 stars). The staff were friendly and professional and the Doctor was awesome. I was a walk in patient and the wait time they had given me over the phone was accurate. Thanks for creating a caring and welcoming environment.

We know our healthcare system is broken, but this clinic sets a new standards on what bad looks like. Careless, zero follow up,impossible to reach, rude and more. Even pharmacies know they are bad. Prescriptions forgotten or delayed, no proper arrangements or follow up on lab or imaging services.

If leave 0 stars if I could. My boyfriend came here cause he got a concussion at work- everyone here was so rude, rushing him out within 20 minutes of him going in. All they did was act like he was a bother and send him out with Aleve. The rude treatment made his head hurt more and is making him dismiss his own condition more. Good job on doing nothing. Thanks for just making it worse. Don’t come here.

Called and the receptionist told to come by 5. Informed that my 4 year old is sick and to please accomodate. Reached at 5:01 and they locked the doors. After numerous tries, their staff comes and says they will not accommodate. This clinic needs EMPATHY. Will definitely not come here. Their low rating on Google says everything. The staff who came and rejected us: God bless you. Have some heart and next time before you reject a child to be seen, remember to pause and think and reevaluate your choice. If you don’t have a heart, please leave healthcare. It is not for you.

Love this place, although it’s a long wait especially if u have kids, make sure to bring some toys with you and few snacks some coloring sheets

Dr Maya Barnouti is the best doctor
Very professional, knowledgeable, smart and knows what she’s talking about.

My rant would take up too much room. Here is a bit of it. I’m not impressed with how there are signs all over the windows about mandatory masks and yet other than myself and my son not one person was wearing one. I guess that should have been my 1st indication that this place was useless. Unfortunately the ladies at the front have to deal with the bad reputation they were the only reason I gave this place a 2 star.

我觉得医生没什么问题，特别是前台那些人 太坏了 野蛮没礼貌，打电话过去都是故意节了电话把电话扔旁边不管你。验了血看报告 通常医生如果较忙都会跟病人说等收到化验报告会让前台打电话给我们 结果就是无止境的等待，到我们直接去诊所的时候 前台那些人一个推一个的不肯负责。说是化验那边没有及时回复😡 前台太坏了 医生还好 不建议大家去

In the pictures you can see reception talking to ppl outside then locking the door behind. Urgent care? More like book in advance for your urgent concerns? These guys keep their front door LOCKED and have so many ppl waiting outside and say you must call in and register yourself over the phone for an APPOINTMENT? After you’re registered they said you must call to be let into the clinic and then wait even more. You’re not even told how many ppl are ahead of you and how long the wait is. Did not even get the care and answers I was looking for, Dr spoke probably 20 words to me. Would not recommend at all, rather would advice you to go to a real URGENT CARE CALLED HOWDEN MEDICAL
