A wonderful little spot that feels like it's just far enough away from Toronto that it's a nice little escape away. Went up for work retreat and had a wonderful time. Service was fantastic throughout and the food was delicious the whole trip. Definitely will be back.

Très bel hôtel, bien situé avec énormément de commodités (restaurant italien excellent sur place, voiturier excellent 100%, distributeur à vin et j'en passe)
Nous avons quelques éléments qui sont venus malheureusement entacher un peu notre séjour tel que :
1- Femme de chambre très difficile à avoir malgré nos démarches auprès de l'hôtel la veille et la journée même de notre séance photo de fiançailles;
2- Lit fait non correctement, donc nous nous sommes rendus compte à la fin de notre séjour que nos pieds reposaient directement sur la housse du matelas. Qui n'est pas une catastrophe en soin, jusqu'à ce qu'on découvre que la dite housse avait des tâches de sang brunâtres là où j'avais posé mes pieds....
3- La bâtisse en soit est très vieille, donc il ne faut pas s'étonner que du bruit passe à travers les murs. Nous entendions donc tard le soir des groupes de gens parler forts et rires dans les couloirs lorsque nous essayions de dormir. Il y avait aussi des ''trous'' ou des espacements dans les lattes de bois en sortant du lit, ce qui était légèrement inconfortable. Rien de très majeur, seulement des petites choses à corriger par l'hôtel. (Pour le bruit, ce serait peut-être d'avertir les clients de faire attention dans les couloirs ou à partir d'une certaine heure dans les couloirs et chambres et/ou d'offrir des bouchons pour les clients).
Je tiens quand même à souligner que le personnel était exemplaire. Souriant, toujours prêt à répondre à toute demande/question. Les voituriers se précipitent pour vous aider avec vos bagages. L'un d'eux est même allé chercher pour moi mon cellulaire que j'avais oublié dans mon auto !
Est-ce que je retournerais à cet hôtel ? Oui, mais pour le même prix, j'irais peut-être en essayer d'autres vu les deux premiers points qui sont venus plus nous irriter !

Was here yesterday for my 31st birthday with my boyfriend for the outdoor Spa and Couple massages. Upon driving into the location you are greeted with beautiful nature and scenery the buildings look so rustic and welcoming. Not sure why anyone is complaining about the pools not being hot enough, we very much enjoyed the heated outdoor springs and cooling off in the cold plunge. The sauna was super clean and HOT. Yes the pools could use some paint and upgrading but it does not mean anything for the services and enjoyment you will have. My boyfriend and I got the 1 hour couple massages and we both agreed how personal each of our masseuse was. They both worked our bodies where we needed it the most and was good at listening to what we wanted pressure wise. We both picked the rosemary with lavender Essential oils and it was bliss. The other guests outside were very respectful and not talking loud or making any kind of ruckus, it was a very relaxing and quiet day. For lunch we had the charcutarie board ( was 32$ for 3 pieces of cheese some dried meat and crumbly crackers which was served on a circle glass plate) and my Caesar was mediocre but my boyfriend loved his grapefruit spritz. The locker rooms were very clean, a little small but it works. The showers are hot and there is shampoo conditioner and body wash for use, tampons pads, combs, body lotion, shower caps, razors and blow drier all included. We both left this place glowing and extremely relaxed. 10/10 recommend to go here. Thanks for providing the best service! My 31st birthday was a blast.

My husband and I just returned from a very romantic weekend away here. We stayed in a Croft room with hot tub. I kept saying everything was 10/10. My husband gave it a 9/10. Our room was far from the parking lot but made up for that in privacy. Our bathtub and toilet were so white and clean! The hot tub, so clean! I’m not sure if they clean them every day, but ours felt like it was very clean the first and second night which was so nice and inviting. Every employee encountered was very pleasant and helpful. The food was amazing. We found the outdoor pools clean too. Sure the cold plunge had chipped paint, but I wasn’t bothered by it, I would only be in there for 5 seconds anyway.

Things I would suggest improving: really would have been nice if the gate to the pools Infront of our room was open during the day. And definitely keep it child free spa! The sauna was small and the steam room was broken. If they don’t clean the private hot tubs daily they should, but it was clean anyway. On the last day we saw someone servicing them and we asked but he said he just topped it up. It was so clean I thought they were cleaning them so I’m not entirely sure, but they should between guests. Otherwise, none of these small things ruined our experience. It was clean, employees were friendly and helpful, food was good! I wish we could have stayed longer. Maybe a few more vegetarian options on the menu would be nice. Without mushrooms lol but still 5 stars!

We spent a weekend in Perth, and I was quite impressed by the Best Western Inn, and especially the spa! The hotel was excellent (rooms, service, restaurant) with the only caveat that the parking lot was designed too tight. The spa exceeded my expectation. Lindsey did my detoxing facial and she was friendly, professional, and fun.

We enjoyed our stay, but when it comes to the food there isn’t much we like on the menu tried the pumpkin gnocchi for the first time, it was about 9 tiny pieces cold and rubbery gnocchi ,supposed to have radicchio slaw,was about 1/2 cup of dry shredded radicchio in the middle of plate. Absolutely no taste I couldn’t eat it my husband had to share his meal chicken supreme which was very small about 1/4 cup of spinach 2 small potatoes so I had to fill up on bread. As they always say to let the front desk know of any issues, we did that as we left, no customer service at all we were told he would tell the kitchen, That’s It!
We have decided if we return to go eat in Orangeville, as the quality and price are not worth it.Food has no taste

Well on Nov.21/23 at 8:30 a.m. we phoned back as the hotels comments to our review, my husband explained everything as is on our review, the girl he talked to said well the chef is world renowned, and told us there was nothing she could do. So don't bother calling in as they will do nothing about it, very disappointing!

We just returned from a 2 day getaway to Millcroft Inn. Although the weather did not cooperate with us, we had a very enjoyable stay. We stayed in one of the crofts and loved having our own hot tub and fireplace. We also used the hot pools and the spa area but not as much, as we did have the hot tub at our room.
We enjoyed two dinners at HeadWaters, which were both delicious. Fred and Diana, our servers for each night were both fantastic and made our evening so enjoyable.
I had booked 3 treatments at the spa and the service was great. I came out feeling pampered and relaxed. We would certainly return.

Stayed here a couple times now. Surprisingly nice hotel for a small rural area. Great view of a pretty park on one side and really close to all kinds of restaurants and shops. Has a gym, pool, bar and restaurant. Within just over an hour from Kingston and Ottawa.

My husband and I have frequented often finding it to be an amazing experience. It saddens me to have to rate this visit so low. I brought my daughter here to enjoy the mill for her first time. Check in was perfect. Unfortunately after that things went downhill. The hot springs weren't as hot as normal, the top one not working properly. Not very clean either. The glasses in our room looked like they had cleaner sprayed all.over them. Blood on the bedsheets, hot tub cover and chairs covered in mud. The restaurant must have new chefs as the menu and food are low rate as well. We tried the hot water again. When I asked for 2 towels from the young lady at the desk she told me to get them in the change room. When I said I wasn't using it she mumbled under her breathe and got them. This used to be an unforgettable experience but has really gone downhill. Unfortunately we won't be returning. I relayed everything upon check out. 50 dollars was taken off our bill. Unfortunately no manager has bothered to reach out. That says everything.

Have visited twice this year and absolutely love it here. The Croft rooms are so cute. Love having a fire place and mini home feel. The hot springs are nice. I stayed in May and October. My October stay I did find the water could have been hotter since the air was so cold. Massage was awesome. I hiked to the and also did the pinnacle hike and it was great! Even saw a dear.

We just returned from an overnight stay and loved it. Our room in The Crofts was a little dated, but clean and had everything we could need, including an awesome hottub on the back patio!

My wife and I both had massages at the spa (excellent) and enjoyed the outdoor hot pools; I loved the cold plunge pool, my wife preferred the regular pool.

Dinner in the lounge was fantastic, Fred was a very knowledgeable server and a heck of a nice guy.

Great food, great drinks, amazing service, wonderful staff - we will be back!

We researched many options for our first visit to Quebec. Accommodations were the primary focus. We decided to stay at Hotel 71 due to the location. What an amazing home base!! We explored Old Quebec City everyday including rainy days because Hotel 71 provides umbrellas for use by their guests.
The hotel offers excellent customer support. I changed our plans twice because our daughter decided to join us. The changes required coordination that the Hotel 71 staff handled without hesitation. The location is just the beginning for Hotel 71. The building is beautiful inside and out. The decor is quite stylish and well lit. There are plenty of places to sit and relax. They have a small art gallery, books and games to enjoy. Matto is the Italian restaurant on site and we highly recommend it!! The continental breakfast is fresh and delicious.
Do yourself a favor and book a stay at Hotel 71!! We had an amazing vacation because they are everything a quality hotel should be and more!!

I had my second stay with the Perth Best Western over the Thanksgiving weekend, and once again this hotel blew every other hotel out of the water. They're beyond welcoming at check-in, and treat you like a person not just a dollar sign like some hotels do. They were very accommodating when we asked for a pet friendly room, and unlike other hotels, they even engaged with my dog and asked to pet him. The overnight guy, Colin, was really friendly, and Beth was great help when I locked my key in my room, and then when my new key didn't work. The hotel is one of the cleanest I've stayed in, and it is also a fantastic location.

The only downside with this hotel is the parking lot, it fills up fast and then it's a game to find a spot. Though they do let you park at the front.

This hotel has been converted from a well fortified bank, and is now a solid living environment. Our room has a clean, efficient and contemporary feel.

I just got home from yet another incredible Parkside Spa experience with Natalia! ♥️ I will most definitely recommend her myolifting facials, but today tried her 90 minute Blading Massage and am hooked!! This is by far, the BEST massage I have ever had!!! Natalia has absolutely divine skills and experienced touch. I took advantage of the hot tub and sauna afterwards and was so thankful for the entire experience!

J’adore cette hôtel j’y suis aller deux fois et le séjour est toujours agréable, le personnel est courtois et font de leur mieux pour satisfaire la clientèle, les chambres sont propres et la vue est superbe! Je recommande!

מלון רגיל ,אין ספא כי רשום ריזורט.יש מקרר יין שבכל שעה תוכלו לקנות כוס יין בסביבות 10 דולר קנדי.חניה בתשלום וולט 25 דולר ליום לא כולל טיפ ,עקב מיקומו של המלון בעיר העתיקה .חדרים לא מעוצבים מקצועית ,מיטה קטנה,מסדרים את המיטה ולא מחליפים מגבות ולא מנקים את הרצפה רק שואבים-טעון שיפור בהחלט.יש כספת חשופה לעין ,מקרר בחוץ,לא מביאים בקבוקים של מים ,מכונת קפה נספרסו אמנם ישנה אבל טובה.יש מכונת קרח טובה בקומה 5 ,מכונת סודה ומים קרים וחמים(לא מומלץ).מזגן מרעיש ובלילה יש קונצרט מהשירותים של כל הבנין,כמו משאבה תעשייתית שמפריע לישון כל שעה.בקיצור ,מלון רגיל -לא מובן למה רשום ריזורט,כי אין משהו נוסף שהמלון נותן בנוסף כמו ספא .

Expected more for the high price. It's a fairly fancy hotel in a good location but too many problems. Due to construction it's a huge hassle to park and unload luggages, super steep hill and pylons everywhere. Charges extra for s microwave and when we had to check out very early for a long day of. The road they reception delayed us because they lock away luggage trolley and was busy on the phone at 6am!

Also not enough supplies in the room.

Beds were comfortable.

It's cheaper than other hotels downtown but if you have lots of luggage and in a hurry do not stay here.
