Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! They don't speak or understand English! Made my daughter have to cancel her very important gyne appointment because they couldn't UNDERSTAND to send a prescription to the pharmacy 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I can't stand how many times they confuse me with another patient and speak over you and repeat back names and numbers INCORRECTLY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE it's Terrible!!!!!

Took my 8 year old daughter here. Front staff and the doctors are really friendly. Don't waste your time at the hospital specially if you need a doctor on the weekend. I really recommend this clinic. We were in and out with a prescription in under 20 mins. Again amazing urgent care. Thanks to all staff.

Don't ever become a patient at this clinic. The nurse here, Karen doesn't want to do any work to serve her patients.

and the receptionist who answers emails/phone calls is even worse. You always get extremely rude responses and don't ever receive the care you need.

I'd imagine Karen has told the receptionist to deflect every single request made by patients so there's no work to do.

I have had a horrible time communicating or trying to get any fruitful response here.

Mom fell today and her knee was bleeding out due to blood thinners. Excellent experience and everyone was fabulous, from desk staff to the nurse and doctor. Thank you so much.

Worst nurse practitioner is Karen Bento. Before her I had a great experience at this clinic. I'm sorry to anyone who gets her as a care provider, she has no empathy towards anyone's suffering/pain/illnesses. She just decided I am not under her care anymore which should be illegal because the medication I am on is very important for my well being. Very disappointing that a "professonal" has made me suffer so badly. I highly recommend switching providers before she decides she can't care for you.

If you have physical illnesses/mental health issues they will stop being your care provider even though the whole point of a doctor is to get help with that. Very Unprofessional .

One of the best Doctor R.Chadha. Always treat patients so kindly.went to walk in at walmart near me but Dr was so rude and when next day came to see Dr.Chadha he said completely different thing and gave medicine which my daughter needed . How come Dr observation so different in different clinics? He is a best doctor as far as I know in our area . Thank you . True example of how Dr should be.

The family doctor is great. However, the receptionist at the front will make all the patients run away. When you call them, they won't answer, and then they're so rude when they do pick up. They see your name on the call and wouldn't pick up. They put you on hold for 20 minutes straight.
They are not organized. When i go to the pharmacy, i need to call them multiple times to send in my prescription. They keep sending the old ones and wasted my time at the pharmacy. When you call them back, they're like, "Ma'am i sent your prescription, i don't know what you want me to do"
Please get better people to work or retrain the staff.

I recently had a great experience at my family doctor clinic, and I want to share my positive thoughts about the clinic, specifically mentioning the exceptional care provided by Dr. Sasan Iraji and Dr. Ali Mahmoud, as well as the fantastic receptionist, Nika.

Dr. Iraji and Dr. Mahmoud are both highly knowledgeable and compassionate professionals. They take the time to listen to their patients and provide thorough, personalized care. Their expertise and professionalism make every visit a reassuring and pleasant experience.

The receptionists at this clinic, especially Nica, are also deserving of praise. Nika's warm and friendly personality creates a welcoming atmosphere in the clinic. She's incredibly helpful and efficient, making appointment scheduling and administrative tasks a breeze.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with the care and service I've received at this clinic. They have an exceptional team, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of outstanding medical care.

Online it says open at 8am. I show up a few minutes early to find out it doesn’t open until 9am. So I pay for parking and wait. Parking is $8. They open at 9 so I go inside and ask to see a doctor. They inform me that there are no doctors. The doctors don’t come in until 10am. Building was run down and extremely dirty. I’m almost glad I didn’t get to see a doctor there. I was feeling extremely awful and felt 10 times worse after it was all said and done and I didn’t even get any medical attention. Avoid this place at all costs.

Called and the receptionist told to come by 5. Informed that my 4 year old is sick and to please accomodate. Reached at 5:01 and they locked the doors. After numerous tries, their staff comes and says they will not accommodate. This clinic needs EMPATHY. Will definitely not come here. Their low rating on Google says everything. The staff who came and rejected us: God bless you. Have some heart and next time before you reject a child to be seen, remember to pause and think and reevaluate your choice. If you don’t have a heart, please leave healthcare. It is not for you.

It's my first time writing a review honestly I didn't give a feedback ore review but I want to share my experience with this clinic because I'm amazed and happy with their services, especially their receptionist they are very friendly and well-mannered but most especially the doctors at this clinic are very professional, compassionate and expert, they take care of you and they give you more advice and they will refer to the best specialist doctors for your illness. My whole family is very thankful that we found the right doctors. I will give 10 stars if there are 10 stars for this clinic.

Dr Rivetna is one of the best doctors I have seen in my life. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. She referred me to Dr Hasanloo's which is also very thorough. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Very happy with the care I am receiving at this clinic.

Dr Iraji and De. Hasanloo are the best doctors. They explain well my health conditions and what I have to do. Receptionists are very friendly and accommodating.

My rant would take up too much room. Here is a bit of it. I’m not impressed with how there are signs all over the windows about mandatory masks and yet other than myself and my son not one person was wearing one. I guess that should have been my 1st indication that this place was useless. Unfortunately the ladies at the front have to deal with the bad reputation they were the only reason I gave this place a 2 star.

In the pictures you can see reception talking to ppl outside then locking the door behind. Urgent care? More like book in advance for your urgent concerns? These guys keep their front door LOCKED and have so many ppl waiting outside and say you must call in and register yourself over the phone for an APPOINTMENT? After you’re registered they said you must call to be let into the clinic and then wait even more. You’re not even told how many ppl are ahead of you and how long the wait is. Did not even get the care and answers I was looking for, Dr spoke probably 20 words to me. Would not recommend at all, rather would advice you to go to a real URGENT CARE CALLED HOWDEN MEDICAL

If I could give the older male doctor here a negative star review, I absolutely would. The most horrible and pretentious doctor i've ever had to come in contact with. If you care about yourself and your loved ones, please consider going somewhere else.
