I wasn’t asked about ice or sugar level which is strange for a bbtea place. I told her I want less sugar and specified only 30% but what she made tasted like full sugar. The pearls or bubbles were not made today and were a soggy mess, all stuck together. 😞 Will definitely not be going back!!! Very disappointed!!
