Made an appointment to see Dr Blumenthat weeks in advance. On appointment day arrived on time with my kid. After 40 minutes waiting still no sign of the doctor. Clinic was not busy, no patients in waiting room. Wasted my time and my kids time coming here, will not be back again. Only one star as front desk staff are nice. Horribly run clinic.

I've been a patient for 3 years with my other child. Extremely disappointed with the Dundas Halton pediatrics location. I've been a patient here at both locations previously now I have newborn twins girls. I was asked to come for a meet and greet. I watched as a family just left the room and the receptionist as me to go in the room. Nothing was sanitized and the paper wasn't even changed. There was poo on the paper and hair locks from the previous child. She stood there as she watched me change the paper myself and go get wipes to clean down the chairs this is disgusting! Now this same receptionist handled my babies without washing her hands or wearing gloves. She touching their faces, bodies and going back and fourth from the computer and phone at the front desk. I am SO unbelievably terrified of the spread of germs that jus that happened. I'm paying for my son's daycare and keeping him at home due to cold/flu and rsv season yet i come here and this is the kind of respect they get for children. She literally gave her PEN from the front desk for my 2 week old premature baby to hold 😭 I am absolutely mortified. Ontop of everything they mixed up my babies and took their wrong weights said they are loosing weight and then sent me off said come back for their vaccine i dont know if we mixed them up?? What kind of nonsense is this ? Please help!
