One of only few Korean restaurants I recommend
I understand many Korean restaurants here have to make modification to their dish for wider range of customers.
And also many Korean dish here came from various socioeconomic class in Korea, so I have different taste bud compare to those Korean people.
I will give you my review as upper middle class Korean in Korea.

-Kimbab

I am not big fan of kimbab but I know how it is supposed to taste.
-Market soup with rice inside

If they serve you rice inside the soup, that means they follow more traditional style
It doesn't have unwanted taste ( very important part of Korean dish) from the meat with full body flavored soup.
Soup from many other places tastes very watery.
Also vegetables has great texture and not smooshy
-Raddish kimchi
many restaurant serves very sweet version of it.
That is usually for children.
This is more mature verion for adults
-The meat soup served in kettle
Serving this means they are making the soup from the scratch.
This is byproduct from making the dish.
This soup tasted exactly the same as the one I had from Korea.

I had a fantastic experience at Kimbab Cheonguk, a delightful Korean restaurant! I highly recommend trying their Tuna and Beef Kim Bab – they're simply delicious. The Mul Naeng Myeon was awesome and provided a refreshing taste. What I love most is the complimentary bone broth soup they offer. I often get Kim Bab for takeout from here and enjoy picnics at the park.

Kimbab is great. Bimbimbap tastes awful and lack of veggies. The service is mediocre to say the best. Lack of flexibility if you want to make little customization like change the noodle into rice cake. The environment is acceptable but not ideal for any formal purpose.
